Dr. Wade is Board Certified Chiropractic Physician, licensed to perform Physical Medicine Modalities/Therapeutic Procedures, and manipulation under anesthesia in the state of Arizona.

Born and raised in Illinois, he moved to Arizona in 1993 to pursue his education in Health Care.  He later went on to earn his Chiropractic and Physiotherapy degrees from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri.  Upon graduation in August of 2000 he received The Health Center Achievement Award, Certificate of Merit, Clinical Proficiency Award, and Special Consulting and Teaching Services Awards. Dr Wade’s diverse ongoing training and experience over the past 20 years as a Chiropractor in the Southeast Valley have allowed him to help thousands of patients.  Dr. Wade is committed to promoting optimal health and well being to all of his patients.

Dr Wade began working with Scrambler Pain Therapy (Calmare) in 2012 when he was trained by CTTC or Competitive Technologies, the former US distributor for Calmare Therapy. He is currently one of the only Doctors in the United States to receive training in U.S. and abroad for Scrambler Therapy (Calmare). In 2017, after years of working with Pain Scrambling Technology he would travel to the European Hospital in Rome, Italy and train under the inventor himself Giuseppe Marineo.  With a current rise in chronic pain in the United States and the increasing number of people affected by the opioid crisis Dr. Wade has decided to commit a majority of his time to treating chronic and neuropathic pain patients suffering from conditions like: Neuropathy, RSD/CRPS, Failed Surgery, Post Herpetic Neuralgia, Chemo-Induced Neuropathy, Sciatic and Lumbar Pain, and Radiculopathy. Dr. Wade uses a variety of techniques due to his extensive training and teaching experience. At the Scrambler Pain Therapy Center Dr. Wade uses multiple treatments to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient’s lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning.  Dr. Wade takes a “whole person” approach in care which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms.

Dr Wade has worked with local organizations like the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona as well as donating numerous hours at the Vista Del Mar Orphanage in Costa Rica as a volunteer.
